Privacy Policy

I will do everything to protect your privacy and treat your data correctly. Whether you are a visitor to the website, a participant in one of my exhibitions, here is an overview of how I collect / process personal data.

I send out a newsletter at irregular intervals, which you can sign up for on this website. I use MailChimp to create the newsletters, and you can check out their privacy policy here. I will only send you newsletters with your explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking a link at the bottom of each newsletter.

I run public exhibitions  for all age groups. I use Eventbrite to register people for public programme events – you can find Eventbrite’s privacy policy here.

We use WordPress to run the website, and  Google Analytics to track web traffic. These services make use of a few functional cookies – small files which are sent from our website and stored on your computer. You can block or delete these from your computer at any time. You can find the WordPress privacy policy here, and the Google Analytics privacy policy as part of the general Google privacy policy, linked above. U do not use non-functional or third party cookies on the  website, which would require you to opt-in.

For admin and employee use I may keep data on artists and attendees of current events on Google Drive. You can find Google’s privacy policy here. I only share your data within our organisation and employees, and will not share it with third parties except with explicit consent from you. You have the right to be asked to be removed at any time.

Your data is processed so that I can provide services to you. I only collect the data I need to deliver these services, and only keep it as long as is necessary. I only share your data within my team, and will not share it with third parties except with explicit consent from you.
